About

Join us for Torah of the Heart! Our newest teachings by guest Rabbis every other Monday in May and June. This week: Rabbi Jill Cozen Harel teaches Making Liturgical Love Tangible.

What roles can liturgical texts and rituals play in bringing meaning to our daily lives? How might they encourage deeper connection to God and also reach into doubt and struggles with God? In this program, Rabbi Cozen Harel will share reflections on her experience of the ritual of wearing tefillin and utilizing other physical ritual elements over many years. All are welcome!

Rabbi Jill Cozen-Harel is a San Francisco-based rabbi whose work spans the denominational spectrum. She enjoys running the occasional half-marathon, and gravitates to the fields of education, bioethics, chaplaincy, and healthcare.

Every other Monday at 10am PT/1pm ET through May and June.

No experience necessary. All are welcome!

Keeping It Sacred programs are FREE for all because we uphold the value of keruv/accessibility; voluntary financial contributions to help offset the cost of these programs and are greatly appreciated.

Please note that the gathering begins at 10am PT. We enjoy participation from friends all over the world, so please adjust your time zone accordingly. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to Rabbi Miller: rabbimiller@keepingitsacred.com or our Digital Media Manager, Molly Flanagan: mflanagan@keepingitsacred.com.
