Do you want to explore Jewish heritage, traditions and wisdom? Do you want to feel empowered in your spirituality? I founded Keeping It Sacred as the place to do that, and you are welcome here. Our acronym, KITS, honors my beloved grandmother, Fruma Kit Endler, who died at the age of 100 this past June.
Here, you can become a member of the community by subscribing to the newsletter which shares the latest information on all of our programming -- consider this your official invitation to all that we offer.
Did I mention that we are committed to providing accessible experiences, so our programs are free. Meaningful donations of any amount by those who value this concept are most welcome and appreciated- it’s what fuels the work.
All are welcome. That means you, your Jewish and non -Jewish friends, and family. Everyone who would like to participate in the exploration of ancient Jewish texts and rituals made relevant today, anyone wanting to benefit from the wisdom of the ancient sacred wisdom.
Please invite them!

About
We are so excited to bring you an opportunity to study Torah with one of the first women rabbis in South Africa, Rabbi Emma Gottlieb. Her infectious energy and love of Torah, music, teaching, and prayer will motivate you through the weekly Torah portion and encourage engagement in the past rabbinic commentaries of the Mikra’ot G’dolot. The weekly Torah portion and commentaries can be found at hebcal.com. Please register for your access to this amazing study group which will begin June 1 at 9:30am PT/ 12:30pm ET and continue Thursdays through August.
No experience necessary. All are welcome!
Keeping It Sacred programs are FREE for all because we uphold the value of keruv/accessibility; voluntary financial contributions to help offset the cost of these programs are greatly appreciated.
Invite your friends!
Please note that the class begins at 9:30am PT. We enjoy participation from friends all over the world, so please adjust your time zone accordingly. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to Rabbi Miller: rabbimiller@keepingitsacred.com
