Sweet Success
Newsletter February 20, 2023 Together, we're #keepingitsacred... My 6-year-old now loves the History Channel! Why? Because he learned the incredible true stories of Colonel Sanders’ shootout with a rival gas station owner. He learned of Forrest Mars (of the Mars company) and Bruce Murrie (a former executive at Hershey) joining forces to launch M&M’s— yes that’s what the “M” & “M” stand for!

It takes a big vision to overcome obstacles to succeed. Oprah had many failures as a news anchor before finally finding her success.

Wherever you are in the cycle of forging a new way forward— in your personal life or in business— in the midst of a crushing loss, celebrating a quiet win, or relishing in a major success, take time to analyze the situation and press forward.
In the Jewish tradition of Mussar (ideal character traits) is the quality of savlanut/patience. But this patience is’t the patience of sitting still. It is the patience of perseverance and fortitude. Keep pressing forward, and refining.
This is the work of personal character building and of entrepreneurship. This is how we keep it sacred, and eventually, enjoy sweet success!
